Themes

The WordPress Blog and Hosting Services allow users to select from a limited number of theme options. The themes available in these environments are vetted to ensure that they meet specific criteria including:

  • accessibility standards
  • campus branding guidelines
  • clean and attractive design
  • basic functionality requirements

…and other requirements at OIT Design’s discretion.

Additionally, we now offer NC State Web Communication’s own NCSU-branded theme!

The WordPress Hosting Service is more flexible: if there’s a theme you want to use, you may request it and we’ll try to make it available. If you would like to request a theme be added to the WordPress Hosting Service please complete this form.
